Terms of Service

1. Introduction

   This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("User") and Bits, Bytes & Code, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, with its principal place of business at 7158 Willoughby Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046, USA ("Company"). By downloading, installing, or using the bashr App ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. License Grant

   Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Restrictions

   You agree not to:

   1. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App;
   2. Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer the App or any rights granted hereunder to any third party;
   3. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App;
   4. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the App;
   5. Use the App for any unlawful purpose, in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

   The App, its content, and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Company.

5. Termination

   Company may terminate this Agreement and the license granted hereunder at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice to you. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

   In no event shall Company be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
